set aside a time for daydreaming.

When you are working, if your mind starts to wander, tell yourself that "it's not the time for daydreaming" - you have a specific time for that. If your mind continues to wander, then stop your work and make the next 10 minutes "daydreaming time".

Durring "daydreaming time", don't let anything else distract you from daydreaming.

The idea is that whatever you are doing - work, daydreaming, etc. - you should do well & with all of your energy.

By separating work & daydreaming, you will be more focused and productive durring the work time (and may even find it hard to "concentrate" on daydreaming durring the daydreaming time). Daydreaming is harder than you think if you really put the effort into it.

Focus your attention on what is going on outside your head. Open your eyes, and ears, and all your senses, and focus on the people, things, and events taking place around you.

If you should happen to find yourself slipping back into a daydream....simply allow yourself to come back to reality....and engage yourself with the environment around you. Talk to someone, get up and do something, etc.

You might also try taking a stimulant....like a Red Bull energy drink. Or you could go masturbate. Either one of those will work for sure.

you shouldn't seek to stop daydreaming but to improve your concentration and focus try to find some concentration exercises i know of one which involves counting from one to ten with your eyes closed picturing only the numbers try to think of nothing but what the numbers look like if you find your mind wandering start again this will help to improve your focus and therefore if you have things you need to do you will concentrate more rather than daydreaming

Keep your mind in focus, daydreaming is caused by boredness and lack of interest, so...find something that interest you; such as a certain "glam" or "music" magazine. Possibly a Gameboy, or a good book. If that doesnt work, then you could always just drink a bunch of "Jolt Cola."

i think it's natural to daydream the problem arise when you do it too much. what you shud do is try to daydream less by doing some work or something else from the real world

day dreaming is really good. me too asked the same question a couple of months ago. what i came to know is that when your mind is really relaxing are in need of relaxment you dream. try to use this gift in a positive manner so that you can reveal things what others can not do. have sweet dreams.
