enlightened despotism. A single all-power ruler brought up from birth to be the "first servant of the people." He would be educated to put the best interests of the country and people first.

I feel to some extent that there is no such thing as an ideal government. Murray N. Rothbard (Mises Institute former president and an Anarcho-Capitalist) argued very successfully that even when you start off with a small government (which governs the best) you end up with a large government. This is certainly true with the United States. The Budget being a couple trillion dollars.

I move for a Anarcho-Capitalist society where everything is based upon the ability of individuals contracting with one another. In fact Anarchy can work in Iceland during the middle ages there was absolutely no executive branch. You ask how will I be protected in this new society? You will be protected by Protection Agencies that will have a contract with you. Though in an Anarcho-Capitalist society government is still allowed given that the contract is abided by the citizens of that area, so highly densed and populated areas (ie cities) will have a government, but it will probably be like a social contract with strong influence of lockean theory.

An ideal government should be composed of personnel dedicated to serving the people. Such a government should listen to public views and communicate with people in a language which can be easily understood (not in ICQ language as in your question!). This is only a brief explanation as there are many other relevant points!
