I can hear the compressor go on and the light is on, but I get no air flow out of the vents.

If also no air comes out of the vents with the air conditioning off but the outside air or heat turned on then it could be the blower motor. There is also a blower motor resistor.

Could be the blower isn't working or the damper control is broken and sending the air to the floor or windshield instead of the vents.

Sounds like the blower motor fuse may be blown, or the motor itslef is burnt out. Not terribly expensive nor difficult to repair. Check your fuses, both inside the passenger area and the fuse box under the hood.

Very likely the fan that blows the air out is dead. Get it fixed or replaced.

fan not working maybe need a new one check the fuses.

it means you need to take it to a mechanic!!!...or you could begin your automotive repair education,... first, you need more than a pair of pliers and a screwdriver then, buy some weinies for the fire as you learn auto electric 101
