I think he should have taken Vickers spot at hendrick. Could you imagine him and Gordon being teamates.(LOL) They in reality should have singed Junior to Gibbs at the start of the season to drive the 18 car. I think that was a well liked car and he would have had alot of fans follow him. Plus him and Tony work well together. I think if he had made a move like that he would have a way better chance on getting a championship.

Obvisouly he couldn't be doing much worse. A few years ago DEI was overall average, but did dominate super speedways and at least keep him competive. Now they aren't very good at that either.

Why would he do that!!!???? That couldnt be a more stupid idea even if you tried!!!! That belonged to his father so it runs in the family. Just because he is not doing as well as Ward Burton is doesnt mean he should leave!!!! Yeah maybe he is no Ward Burton but he is never going to leave DEI.

My first thought would be why would he leave the family business, but then Dale, Sr. was with RCR - so where should Jr.'s loyalty lie? I think he'll eventually end up at RCR just don't know how soon he'll make that move.

I do. I'm thinking that he should go back to RCR. DEI hasn't been doing too well lately. I don't think that he'll leave DEI, though.

Probably, but it would take a lot for him to leave! Or actually, maybe different team mates would/will help DEI, then he won't have to leave!
