Favorite main characters are Stewie and Peter. The best secondary/random characters are Mayor West, evil monkey, old man that hits on chris, greased up deaf guy, Quagmire , and the little Irish dude that says "wanna fight about it"

This is a very difficult question. I am torn between Mayor West and greased up deaf guy. Both of them are truely, truely, truely outragous, just like Jem.
