1st. Ashley Tisdale is too old for Zac Efron and
2nd. I wish i knew if she was engaged it should say in a magazine like M magazine but they would have somthing about it

NO. SHE IS NOT ENGAGED. someone can have a ring on their finger and not be engaged. also her and zac efron never went out and they arent now.
