How can we even possibly try to stop terrorists if we can't even get along? It seems like Repbulicans and Democrats fight with each other and spend more time calling each other names then trying to work togther. Terrorists want to kill us all regardless of religion,sexual orientation, or political party. Why don't people understand this?

The first person who answered is exactly what I am talking about. Also, I support I don't want eveyone to be the same but on this one thing, you would think we would be working together.All different types of people died during 9/11 .

I wish that everybody realized that - it just seems that the Dems are against fighting the war on terror - and they SHOULD realize that they want to kill all of us. It really makes me mad when rich celebrities rail against the war and our president as if this war is about oil. Don't they know that none of their success would be possible without this country? Don't they feel it is worth protecting? There are some really fundamental differences in thought betweent the two parties. Until the Democrats realize that this war is not only justified but CRUCIAL to our survival (and not just the US, but ALL civilized countries) - we are going to rail against each other.
