I really appreciate your enthusiasm in learning about the development of language. You want to know particularly about Hindi language. I am afraid this platform may not be so much useful to you in this regard. Better you try to purchase a short and precise book on the subject that is available in all the bookshops. Presently I am unaware of the addresses of those bookshops and publishers. You can easily find if you just enquire about this. Good luck!
