People, do you do this in bed?

Do you hug your pillow when you try to sleep?
Im debating between weather more men or more women hug their pillow to get more comfortable. If your a man or woman, please say so when you answer? Thanks, this would answer my question in arguement.

I used to hug a pillow when I went to sleep, now I just hug my man. When he's not in bed with me, I'll still hug the pillow at times. For some reason, it makes me sleep better.

Im a woman and most of the time now after being with my guy for 2 year living together the whole time i hug the pillow. cuz we both sleep facing the edge of the bed. but i tend to hug it more when i am not feeling good or depressed. My guy hugs the pillow sometimes too though.

at night, most of the time i hug my pillow when i cant sleep. sometimes it helps. i am a woman and i like to sleep comfortable so once in a while i hug my pillow.

When I was little, I used to hug my teddy.
I do occasionally have an extra pillow next to me with my arm on it, but I have shoulder & wrist damage & this puts less stress on both. I am female, & I do hug a pillow once in a while too!
