Because they are terrorists! Terrorists do not discriminate, everyone is a target.

Many of the terrorist groups follow different "One True Religions" of Islam. Each of these groups wants to set up a theocracy based on their religion. The two largest Muslim religions are Shia and Sunni. Obviously not an exhaustive list, but that helps to understand why there is sectarian violence in Iraq and why Hezbollah does not enjoy universal support in the muslim world.
That being said, I'll take this excerpt from this weeks "Economist."
In Iraq, pro-American politicians give warning that, as Lebanon's Shia suffer, their Iraqi brethren may well join Sunnis in a full scale uprising. Even in strident Sunni Saudi Arabia, conservative clerics who denounced Hizbullah as an Iranian tool have faced a furious backlash of calls for Muslim unity in jihad.
Apparently these groups will happily kill each other, unless Israel or some other democratic government is around.

they are bot the Muslim terrorist..they are the extremist..there are 2 sects in Islam which is Shi'ah and sunni..they fight and often kill each other bcoz they want to prove which sect is better,,the shiah believes that Ali(R) is better than the Prophet, but the sunni believe that Rasulullah is really the best mankind ever..so, different beleif lead to killings..its a shame coz they should not act aggresive if they want to prove whose better..they should make a conference or something like a forum to prove who is better

Well... because they're stupid dumbasses, that's why. To prove their point. They usually kill muslims who don't share their beliefs though-- ie, suicide bombings in regionally such-and-such religious sectors of Iraq. It's pretty much a guarantee that you're killing someone you don't agree with, and if they do agree with you but die in the process, you're both martyrs.

Bcuz terrorists kill anybody who isn't backing their cause... it has nothing to do with religion. NOT ALL TERRORISTS ARE MUSLIMS!!!

Sometimes the Radicals kill the moderates to gain power (Iraq)
Sometimes the Radicals kill whoever they need to keep power (Iran)

because they dont care who is killed wether it is a muslim or jew , for them if a muslim is killed it goes to heaven and a non beleiver straight to hell , it sounds scary but its true and thats why they use human shields which are muslims ........i know its cold blooded but the conservatice muslims should get up and kick the *** of all jihadis
