Knowledge of power tools, Vulcan logic, familiarity with international finance (gold bullion, bearer bonds, etc.), sense of adventure, a vast literary repertoire (read alot), innate stoicism (no drama), sex drive of a howler monkey, comfort with discussions of both quantum physics and South Park, no body odor.

I'm a Capricorn female, so I'll help you out. Don't come with any baggage or drama, we hate drama and nonsense. Be smart, or at least, be able to get your point across when having an in depth conversation. Be a person who has love for human kind, and be someone who genuinely wants to do something good for themselves and others. We like people who have a great sense of humor, and someone who doesn't take everything so seriously, don't get me wrong we really despise people who are immature and who have no goals in life. Capricorns generally have low-esteem, and we can become depressed very quickly, so if you feel that your are really into that Capricorn, tell her something nice every now and then (and don't be a bullsh*t artist, it's not very attractive). Just keep it real.

I like ambulance's answer, but as a Capricorn female myself, I might add that we Capricorns aren't seduced. We give ourselves if we want to and mostly after careful consideration. And we are serious about it and 100% into it when we do.

Keep her guessing and keep her interested! My sister is a capricorn and she goes through guys quicker than a box of cleanex! Why? They bore her! They don't keep her interested once they become less of a challange. All capricorn females cannot resist a challange!
