Do Europeans ever mingle with Latino minorities, when they come to USA?

I have never met any Europeans, like ESL students...never ever ever. I know it's in part , because they just go to school ..but i also have a feeling, they don't really think we're american . I wonder what they think of me everytime, because i do see them in Buses, etc. so they see me, but i've never talked to them .

Yes. Though I was born here, I lived in Brazil until the age of 6, and started school in the 2nd grade. In the 4th grade, I met 2 bosnian girls who became close friends with me until we were about 13. I'm a loner & I tend to drift away from people. I saw one of them the other day at the gym.

We had esl, but the only time we went to "esl" was to be tested & the regular class was reading. We played computer games while they read, I was 8, would I complain about that? I do think it's funny how they put me in ESL since I spoke english.

why wouldnt latinos & european mingle? There are a lot of europeans in latin america & a lot of latinos in europe, asia, etc
