i used to be 85 kg, and im 65kg now, i dont want to take any formulas to iincrease my weight, i just need excersises or food

You need to lift weights to build muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat even though fat takes up more space in your body. Consequently, if you build muscle you will gain weight but won't look heavy. Focus on your biggest muscles in your legs and butt to get the most bang for your buck.

I think excersing and eating food before and after it is good.
