How often do you use a cab?
Do you think they overcharge?
How exactly do the charges work...
Per person?
Per mile?
Per time?
Or all of the above...

Oh, I only used a cab when I took a Greyhound to Vegas. I took a cab to the hotel I was at and then abused all the free shuttles for the casinos and then took a cab back to the Greyhound stattion. Cabs are so expensive. They charge some crazy amount per 1/8 of a mile or something like that, and then they expect a tip.

Very often, but my insurance pays for it , but I still know the stuff about how things work.
I imagine it varies in each state or it's pretty standard . In my state
( New Mexico) it's per mile . Per person you probably double the price . Per time doesn't matter.
Say you go to the mall and it's 5 miles away from your house and it's a dollar per mile . So , it's 5 dollars . But I once , I didn't understand why it wasn't $5.00 even . It was $5.48. But I am terrible at math and some things with money . I'll ask the cab driver today.
