What does it mean if you have a open sore in between the top of your but checks? It doesn't stay but it's there often.

Go see a doctor. No one can diagnose medical conditions over the internet.
Do you remember what gave you the sore? Was it from underwear or a clothing label, or from an injury of some kind? If so, then you might just need to put some neosporin/polysporin on it, and cover it with a bandaid.
If it appeared a little after you got back from vacation, it could be a fungal skin infection. My son got one of those when he was a baby - it looked like a sore. The doctor gave him some antibiotic cream for it. It worked a treat.
My guess is that it's either one of those to, but if it's there often, and it's an open sore, then get it checked out by someone who can tell you for sure what it is.

I agree with the majority. See a doctor. Any kind of sore that comes back repeatedly could be a bad thing. It could be herpes, or just a sore, but either way, have it checked out asap.

If it keeps coming back it could be something serious.
I seen people with fatty tumors just under their skin do this.
Go to the doctor asap.

I would go have that checked out by your doctor hun. If you are sexually active, could be herpes.... or it could be from the heat.

could be a boil or heat rash (prickly rash) have your mom take a look at it or another trusted person..I would have a Dr take a look at it just to be safe.
