Whenever you get a boot message, it means the current state of your computer is unstable and you should repair it right away. You should never ignore system messages. You might need to replace your fan if its bringing up a failure message. The longer you hold it off, the more damaged your computer will be in the long run and it could evidentally lead to your computer not starting up at all.

Your fan may have died or you may just have no fan plugged in, that message is generated because your motherboard has sensors for fan speed and one of them is showing a fan not working. You can open your case and check all the fans to be sure they're running, the one on your CPU is the most important, but you should think about replacing any fans that don't work.

It could have something to do with your heatsink fan.
if you can check your temps do so. If they are above 70 degrees i'd say theres something wrong with the fan.
check it for hair/dust or anything that my be restricting the airflow.

You need to change your Processor fan as soon as you can,... If you do not, your processor will overheat, and you lose all you have on your pc...

Yes, seems your fan is broken. Change it ASAP before other components break.
