Get a pregnancy test at the store. Doctors say home pregnancy tests are not at all reliable until 7-14 after conception.

An hpt is recommended 4 days before period is due, some on the market now are more senstitive up at 15-20 IUL, to make sure you get an accurate result best to wait until you are closer to your period or till you are at least a day late. A blood test can be taken and be accurate as soon as 6 days after fertilization.

well you can buy an E.P.T test and it can tell you before your first missed period or you could just go to the doctors and tell them about your symptoms (which is also a good early detection) and by the way vomiting doesn't always happen in the beginning, so don't count on that to be your 1st detection because you could be 6months and just start vomiting, but i still will go with the E.P.T or doctors the most accurate its best to know than wait in anticipation, make a wise choice, So-Long pudgey_buddy09;^D for any more help you can call me at (267)456-2644 im a female with problems just like you

There are alot of pregnancy symptoms, sore boobs, morning sickness, weeing alot etc. The only way you can be sure is by taking a pregnancy test. It'll put your mind at ease as well. You can get tests which you can use before your period is due. I had my normal cramps so I was sure my period was due but it turned out I was pregnant. Good luck and I hope you get the result you wanted!

If in the UK, there are First Response pregnancy tests which can give a positive result a few days before your period is due. Other than that it would be if your period didn't arrive, therefore you'd be four weeks pregnant.

You can feel the change after about three weeks of pregnancy. If you missed a period, or uneasiness in the breasts the Pregancy test should be accurate at about a month. Take it two or three times to make sure...but usually they are 99% accurate.

You can take an EPT the day that your period is due and hasn't come, but sometimes it may say its negative even though you maybe pregnant, due to hormone levels. If you think you are and you test negative, retest in about 5 days if you can wait that long. I hope this is a congrats!!!

Well, to be 100% sure, you need to wait a month. Then ,if you've missed your period (or its late), use a pregnancy test. Please make sure you have someone nearby.

Then you call your doctor, whether you are or aren't pregnant. If you are, they'll discuss options with you. If you're not, they'll work with you to find a birth control method that's best for you.

When you miss your period. I don't think tests are reliable until about then - you may get a false positive and you can get a false negative - but if you don't want to be, work on the assumption that you are; if you want to be, work on the assumption that you might be, and take care.
