Very much so, if its raining so hard that you cant see 5 feet in front of you I am out like a light, so it sucks for me being in hawaii since it rains alot.

Yes the rain makes you sleepy just eat you a big bowl of soup and you are out like a light.

Sometimes, it depends. I think what makes me sleepy is a combination of the rain and the lack of sunshine. Sun seems to give me energy.

Rain relaxes me. I wouldn't say it makes me sleepy. But, I love to nap when it's raining. It's so peaceful.

ONLY if the sky gets dark!! Then i get sleepy.
There is nothing better than SLEEPING IN THE RAIN!! I love it and it kinda relaxes my mind....lol
