Lets start with your weight gain. It sounds to me like you are gaining weight just fine. If you start off underweight it is OK to gain a little more than most people. As for your job I would say make sure that you drink a lot of water during your shifts and if there is anyway you can sit down to do some of your work you should.
As for your breasts and lower right side I have no idea what that could be, but if you are concerned about it you should talk to your doctor. I always make a list of any questions or concerns I have as I have them and take the list with me to each doctor's appointment. That way I don't forget anything I wanted to ask.

pain the the lower belly area is very common very normal it's your body stretching out for the baby to grow sometimes get uncomfortable you will keep getting crampie till the end of pregnancy. The boob pain also a normal pregnancy thing the breast are getting milk ready. 14 pounds sounds a Lil much 25 to 30 for the whole pregnancy is average in a women your weight a Lil more is okay to you gain the MOST in the last 3 months average a 1 pound a week those last few months. I'm 20 weeks I've gained about 6 pounds. Heat is not that great on a pregnant women in early pregnancy over heating can cause fetal deformities or miscarriage why you are told no hot baths. Later heat can make you feel dizzy and weak it over works your already over working body. Be sure you drink lots of water rest often you should be fine your feat will swell faster in pregnancy if you stand 4 a long time. You have 20% more blood flow to your body during pregnancy you will feel hot faster get sore faster your lungs are also overworking and being smashed by your uterus..

Pains are normal at this stage, it is propably gas . I had the same kind of pain. Weight is within normal range, idealy you should gain only up to 5 pounds 1st 3mester and then, half every week.
But you cannot do anything about it now. You need to eat well from now on because thats when the baby actualy starts gaining weight.
How hot it gets in that kitchen? You are not supposed to have a hot bath ,so compare .
1st 3mester is the most important for fetus development and you past that.
If you had no problems so far, I guess you are OK.
You will be a lot more tired once your 3rd 3mester starts.

The pain in the breasts is normal it's just that they are getting ready for the baby and they're growing. The sharp pains is also just round ligament pain meaning your uterus is growing. Working in a hot kitchen is probably ok for now but it is really gonna suck later espically when your body temperature starts to rise and standing on your feet in the heat is not going to be fun. I have to speak the truth all I can say is drink tons of water!!! and you may want to consider taking your leave a lot earlier then other women that work while pregnant.

The pains in your breasts are normal. Also the pain in your side in just your body stretching and things to accomadate the baby. As for your job, if you are not having problems with the hours and such then it should be ok. I would watch your body temperature. Doctors say the prenant women should not take hot baths because it raises their body temp and that could be harmful to the baby, I would imagine being around a hot kitchen for long periods of time could cause the same problem.

I think you need to take it easy at work if you are on your feet all day.
the pains are normal! The weight gain is normal as well. I didn't start to gain weight until I was about where you were , so you are doing fine!
I gained 30 pounds with my daughter, which they say is about normal.
I really think that you need to take a break at work. Do not work as many hours.
I hope this helps you!

Your job is fine and the weight gain is normal you should expect to gain at least 25 to 30 lbs during pregency. I'm not sure about the pain where is it located. That may be something you want to get checked out just in case.

your pains in your breasts are normal and the ones in your side are from your body stretching, (round ligaments). average weight gain during pregnancy is 25-30 pounds , it depends on what your doctor recommends also. you should check out the book what to expect when you're expecting.

the pain sounds fine.. the stomach pain could be ligment stretching, they are very painful. In a very hot kitchen, and being on your feet, you need to watch your fluid intake. At some point, you'll just have to quit your job, you can't be on your feet all the time, and you just can't move fast enough in a busy kitchen in the late 3rd trimester.

your breast well be really sore and hurt and painful , far as the pain in your low right side you need to go see your obgyn lots of thing can be causing this. it could be that the baby is stretching your abdomen, also your uterus could be tilted and the baby could be pulling it to place. also can be the sign of miscarriage. and ask your doc about the work you do for and living.
best of luck and congrad's on the new lil one!
