Go to a tech store like BEST BUY or compUSA and buy a CD-RW or a DVD-R disk. Then use NERO burner or a freeware from http://www.softpedia.com and you can burn it into your CD or DVD. You will need a special CD/DVD player that will play .avi files. If you want it to work on any DVD player, then convert the AVI file to a DVD and then burn it into a DVD-R or DVD+R and it will play in DVD players.

You need the right software. A good way is to download and use the DVD Shrink and DVD decrypter software. They work in tandem. They can be hard to get ahold of, but the they are free and work really well. Once you've downloaded them, you can burn ISO files to DVD with DVD Decrypter. It's really easy. You can also make "backups" of "your" movies with DVD Shrink. It opens the DVD, copies it to your hard-drive as an ISO file and then burns that file to DVD using DVD Decrypter. Let me know if you try using them and encounter any trouble. Just click the profile, and click contact user. Good luck.
