It's based off a story in which the woman shoots herself. In the video, however, I think the ring was poisoned by Slash. Should it come in contact with water, she would die. Tragic, really.

it's simply really... she died of nuemonia during the wedding it start raining and all get wet, so she got a cold and died of high fever and heart attack (due to the wackage of the wedding becos of the rain)..
