It is not in their culture ,they are among most of that part of the world.They clean themselves with water and the left hand and feel that we are dirty for only using paper.

Many cultures dont use toilet paper but use water instead. They wash themselves after going to the bathroom, this is why there is always water in pit latrines (the squating kind). Just wiping with paper is seen as unclean.

Probably part of the socio-cultural aspect in that country.. most 3rd world countries can't afford to put paper in every toilet, and also in certain religions, or traditions, they use water instead of paper..

You mean it is OK to flush a gallon of water into the sewer to wash the seat but use paper to wipe your behind.. think about it.. it makes more sense to use one liter or less of water to wash yourself ...

Try to wipe a chocolate-smeared hand with paper. You only spread it. That's what happens to the excrement on you a.r.s.e. Try water instead.

huh! I 've been there twice and didn't have that problem. but ,I do know some of the places have just a hole in the floor. you have to squat over it. so,maybe w/ squatting there is no need to wipe.

thats just dirty! they must stink!!!!! i always wanted to visit morocco....now i know to bring toilet paper with me.
