It is a 5 speed and everytime I put the clutch in and just about to ship the rpms reave up really high does anyone now why it might be doing that?

I do take my foot off the accelerator

um....release the accelerator when you depress the clutch. If you're already doing that, then check for a worn or stretched throttle return spring.

Either your throttle cable is sticking, or the throttle position sensor is bad.

throtle cable could be sticking or clutch could be going bad
