L'Oreal Double Extension or any Dior mascara. You should try to curl your lashes before applying mascara. You should be also careful with the way that you're applying it. If you apply moisturiser before applying mascara and if it touched your eye-lashes, mascara won't do much for you. Also, never apply more than two layers, cause your eye-lashes will get sticky.

Estee Lauder, Magnascopic
To add :
Use Shiseido's "Mascara Base" before you apply Mascara!
It really holds up the lashes and enhances the effect of the mascara!

MAC Zoomlash is excellent. For going out you might also want to try false eyelashes. MAC's #7 eyelashes are great. Place them as close to your natural eyelashes as possible and they make a 100% difference...:)

Cover Girl- LashExact. I have used every mascara there is and this one works the best!! The mascara brush is actually plastic, which works a lot better. (And it's not too expensive.)

Well, I really like either Clinique or L'oreal. But Almay and Revlon also have some good, relatively inexpensive ones.
