I'm a waitress and I absolutely, positively loathe my job. Not that I don't enjoy waiting tables, but the restaurant that I work at must be a magnet for all of the rednecks in the city. I say, if you can't afford to tip, go eat fast food...and they'll bring all of their kids in a let their kids do whatever the hell they want to. What happened to disciplining your kids? UHHH! I could go on for days about my job, but I won't bore you anymore.

Both. I'd much rather not work. I'd rather do what I want, when I want, & with my husband & with loved ones. I hate feeling like I'm running out of time. But when I get to work, it's not that bad, it's not that hard. I've gotten used to the people & I would probably miss them sometimes if I didn't go anymore. Some of them I now consider my friends. I've been working just a little over a year. I hated it with a passion to begin with, but it was/is my first real job. Most days, like today, I do dread having to go in though. When I get there it won't be so bad though. I just had 2 days off! I have to train today though & that sucks! It sucks, whether you are the trainer or the person being trained! So anyways. I'm a "PM dishwasher" at a nursing center. I wash dishes, deliver food, etc. I got full time, finally, a few months ago, I work from 11:30-8 PM. At least I get to sleep a little later than some. It's a little hard to deal with the residents though, I mean, you get to know them, you love them, & then they pass away. It's even harder because my daddy passed away last August, the anniversary date is coming up. It sucks finally finding out what it's like to lose someone. Undescribable. & whenever a resident passes away I know there are a lot of other people that it hurts more than it hurts me!

I know I'm going to enjoy my job when I get up, because I'm going to be my own boss, owning a restaurant. I think people who dread getting up and going they need to switch to a job that they enjoy doing, because if you're working at a job that you get paid a lot but hate the job, you'd still be miserable, why not get a job that you enjoy and get paid less, or more, depending on what the job is.

I am at work right now. It is horribly boring. I am an intern for a law department right now. I do filing and filing and more filing. That gets really old after about a week and I have been here for about 2 months, so I am going crazy.
Plus I get up at 5 every morning and I personally am a night person, so early mornings don't agree with me. I dread getting up when the alarm goes off.

I'm lucky. I have a job that I enjoy doing. I dread getting up, but that's just because I'm not a morning person. I guess liking your job has to do with whether or not you like the people you work with. You don't have to be friends with them outside of work, but getting to know your coworkers better definetly helps to make the workplace a more enjoyable place.

I used to love my job, but now I dread getting up and going in. It just sucks to know that I have to spend another day putting up with people that only THINK they know my job better than me.
I've been doing my present job within the company for four years and my new bosses, kids that have just gotten out of engineering school, think they know the job better than I do.
I don't resent them being younger than me, I only resent that they can't look at the picture as a whole.

I'm a Project Manager. Most of the time I enjoy it. But there are those dreaded days of dead lines, meetings, lack of sleep the night before.

I'm a secretary
I like it more than any job I've had before, but still feel there could be more than this!
I don't get the "Sunday Night Blues" though here, I used to do with ALL my other jobs, even though the actual work was similar, I think it depends on the company you work for and the people you work with!

I use to enjoy my job until they hired a new person from outside the company to manage the store and now I am trying to show him what needs to be done or doing what he should be doing.
And when he asks about something and then he won't let answer the question and I just want to walk away and say figure it out for yourself.

Dread it!
I work as an Aggregate Technician at a gravel pit, basically I test sand and weigh trucks.
It's not so much the job I dread as much as it's my co-workers.
