Awwwww...did you run after her? Try doing it again when you see her next time, and after dousing her with the dirty water, ask her out on a date and buy her some new clothes. Tell her Stacey sent you :)

It sounds to me like you like this girl, but you need to find a more tactful way of showing it. I know in grade school, picking on a girl was how you showed interest but as you get older, you need to be nicer to them. She was probably embarassed and I dont blame her. Good Luck in the future with the girls you like.

She was probably very embarrassed and maybe she thought you did it on purpose. Put yourself in her shoes--how would you have reacted? You need to just be more careful. Some people are very sensitive.
