clould be many things, fuel pump, fuel filter, timing,plugs and wires, o2 sensor
your best bet is to take it to a garage

I would try disconnecting the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor connector which is on the fresh air input air duct right after the air cleaner. You need to release the connector's plastic clip tension slightly to remove the connector. Then try driving the car and see if the problem abates. Reconnect the MAF connector after the test. If performance is better with the MAF disconnected, then try cleaning the MAF with the MAF cleaning product below.

Replace the fuel filter, and if that doesn't do the trick, replace the spark plugs. One of those two should solve your problem.

it could be any number of things...like fuel filter....dirty injectors if fuel injected.....etc. find someone who knows about cars and have them look at it
