Cause you might squirt it in a air hostess's eye or
Wash your hair in the toilet sink and make a mess or
Get bored and start shampooing the carpet.
Nah seriously its because the terrorist bomb threats were based around liquid explosives which could be carried onboard in shapoo bottles.
Hope this helps.

you're allowed a 3oz or smaller boxes of liquid or gel. then you definately ought to positioned those boxes in a a million quart length clean plastic zip lock bag. each passenger is authorized one quart length plastic bag. What I do is merely take the three oz..shampoo and conditioner in my keep on...then purchase more effective in my vacation spot if i want it. because if you're actually not in the obstacles the TSA instruments..they are going to confiscate it and throw it out. that's reliable that you're finding out previous to holiday...it makes getting by ability of safe practices a lot swifter if you're prepared. i'm which contains the TSA website in case you go with more effective info of issues that are prohibited from being carried on the airplane.

Because the liquids could be explosives that they would assemble on the plane and use a cell phone, laptop, or other electronic device to explode the bomb. So, no lotions, gels, or liquids. No cell phones, laptops, etc. And if you have prescription drugs they have to be for, and carried by, you. If you have an infant who requires milk or formula you will be asked to drink some of it to prove it's not an explosive.

No liquids of any kind. I guess the 'bad guys' were planning on putting a bomb in a bottle.
More scare tactics. We will end up being a society that is afraid of _everything_

If I was the TSA, I would not allow ANY liquids to be carried on. It is unfortunate but we are living in a dangerous world today.

Why do you think?!?! Man, for someone who is intelligent enough to sit down at a computer, turn it on, log on, sign in to a YA account, and type a question with (almost) no spelling errors...you couldn't figure that out on your own?
