I agree with you. I remember in school a girl would bring green milk. It looks nasty. I'll take mine natural thank you very much!

the green food coloring is not dangerous. However, the beer they put that stuff in is usually the crappiest beer they have a tap for in that bar. Far better to drink a good Irish beer, say Guiness, for instance, to celebrate. Or you perhaps you might enjoy some Bushmill's. You'll regret it much less on March 18 than you would after a night of overindulging in dyed Meister Brau or Schaeffer's.

In Chicago, they dye the whole river green for St. Patrick's Day.
