wow... HRM is way more than secretaries.

Every successful business needs an HR manager, and official HR policies. These can include interview and hiring procedures, developing orientation and training programs, employee evaluations, employER evaluations, termination and firing procedures, employee incentive programs, disciplinary policies and procedures, developing employee literature (handbooks, training manuals)... HR in general terms is managing your greatest asset... your human resources! aka your EMPLOYEES! You need to have happy, satisfied employees that are being treated well in order for them to do their best, and the business to be successful!! Good luck!
