Pays just a little over minimum wage because they are non-medical. They give you a huge amount of test you have to take in a certain amount of time or you cannot be employeed by them. They also say that they will work around your scheduling needs and then tell you they cant do that and you would only get maybe 5 - 10 hours of work a week. I worked for them for almost a year and hated it.

Daris G,

I work at a bank, and have contact with may individuals from different lines of work. One of my good customers is a manager at HomeInstead Senior Care. He has nothing but good things to say about the working environment within the company. As far as the pay goes, try asking this very leading question to the person conducting the interview, "How much would you pay a person with my qualifications."

Good Luck, and exuberate confidence.

What job are you applying for? I was a manager of a personal care home. I made 13.00 an hour. If you work for seniors, be patient, and loving. Be ready to work 24/7 and get paid for a 40 hour week, but it's worth it if you love your job.
