The belt is "in" more so than the handbag. Pair the belt with darker jeans so you don't look too 80's, though. The bag is a little bit juvenile looking and reminiscent of winter 2004's trend, so if you're 13 or under you could probably get away with it, but if you're older, I'd go with something a little more chic.

the belt... yes. It could be really cute with the right outfit. The purse, on the other hand... unless you are under the age of 13, I'd stay clear of the fluorescent stars.
