I thought the first Matrix was great. I thought the second Matrix was even better because I just "knew" that the humans were gonna win. I was livid when the credits to the last movie started rolling. I went through three movies only to get a suck-a$$ ending. What the heck was the point? I hated the fact that after all was said and done, it was all for nothing. People were still batteries and it's just supposed to happen over and over again. Maybe I missed something but the otherwise awesome trilogy was reduced to a huge turdpile with "revolutions".

The Matrix was a great batch of movies. I never understand why people always complain about it being confusing to follow. Stop trying to read so much into it and just enjoy it. I'm happy Neo and Trinity die at the end. Whether they stay dead (Neo at least) is another story. But it was better than the usual Hollywood crap that always has the hero survive against impossible odds.

I think the original Matrix movie was the best, but I think all the people who thought the other two were **** were wanting two repeats of the first one.
I thought the Re-loaded was amazing, and although I think Revolutions needed to be thought out a little more, it needed to end that way ( Neo was a programme like the agents, sent into the real world, to help human kind, but essentially to free the Matrix, wasn't he? Or am I way off????).

I loved the first film, but the last film was so bad I was relieved when he died because there wouldn't be any more films. The first film was fresh and had great concepts that incorporated so many different ideas and they had so much potential. The second film turned human civilization into a giant rave party and that was very tiresome. The third film redeemed it somewhat, but I was still happy that they were over. Sometimes a sequal isn't a good idea.

Matrix was an awesome movie (all of them). I like it because it makes you think about where we are going with technology and as much as it is fantasy, you have to wonder...

He had to die to save the Matrix and the people. Otherwise Smith might have taken over the source and killed everybody.

Neo could not have lived with out Trinity. It had to end that way. Loved the movies!

They should not have made it a trilogy. The first movie far outshines the other two. I also did not like that Neo and his girlfriend died. What a letdown.
