A hospital is a place you go to for medical treatment by professionals. If you get injured badly or diseased, you may end up in a hospital for treatment. Surgery also occurs in hospitals as well as recovery. Specialized hospitals treat specific needs while general ones treat many. Clinics are smaller versions of hospitals. Hope this helps!
