The vertigo sounds like an inner ear problem.
Although caffeine contributed to my husbands vertigo and mennaires. Once he stopped caffeine they went away. But is does take time.
The pressure in your ear canals from weight gain is probably causing the vertigo.

I use Cranberry concentrate (8 oz to a gallon)
this is very good for your kidneys and flushing poisons out of your system. I got this from a book "The Fat Flush plan". I have used it for about 4 years. Mix the drink (no sugar) drink
6 oz before all three meals and the same mid morn. and mid afternoon. You will spend a lot of time in the bathroom "peeping" . In my case Lost about half a cup size in my bra cups and 2
inches around in fluid retention.

Another thing to consider in taking Ibuprofen for inflammation in your tissues. This did a great job of getting rid of swelling in my knees and ankles. All of my clothes fit better and I actually dropped one size.

Drink plenty of water to help flush your body and contribute to the weight loss and eliminating the high blood pressure.

Try the soy product Estroven to assist with your symptoms of menopause. This was helpful for me.

Best wishes in solving some of these problems.
These are all across the counter items. The cranberry concentrate comes from a health food store.
