First, you have to go make an avatar, which you can do that when you check your mailbox, you'll see a box with no face on the page that first pops up when you open your mail, you click on that, and make your avatar.
To display it here, You come to Yahoo Answers, click on your profile, go to "edit my info" and scroll down to where they ask you what picture you want displayed. check the avatar box.

1. Log in.
2. Click on "My Q & A" on the upper right hand corner.
3. Click on "Edit My Info." You'll find some options on the "Picture" section. You can use either a picture from your Yahoo! 360 account, or an avatar. If you have neither, you will have to create one.

First when you answer questions for the first time it'sgoing to sya if you want to use your avatar or a no picture and you put edit avatar. =)
