two things that I have tried and sometimes work are excersise and sleep if you can manage to or at least lie down and be still for 15 to 20 mins.

i hope u know the negative effects of caffeine , so stop taking it. Try tea instead.

I would think drinking lots of water would help wash it out of your system. Give it a try.

When I need a good night's sleep, I use SOMATOMAX. It puts me out in minutes, and gets me into a deep sleep.

rachel is right, or take nyquil there are other methods but they are a bit harder than a joint
