because of we Turkish has fresh water and water will be the most importand goods near future. and also Turkish want to be independent like Ataturk. (one more : petrol)

They came pretty close in the Kurdish part of Iraq.
The Turks had to back off because the US is NATO ally and the like.
Perhaps if the Greek American community could persuade Cheney to re-establish the Byzantine Empire in the USA and conquer Turkey in the name of the Ecumenical Patriarch....

Last I checked the US has plenty of fresh water. I don't think the US is interested in invading Turkey for water. You also don't have enough oil or "terrorists".

If water is a natural resource and the US wants it and cant get it in the usual underhanded ways, then, yes, probably they will, it wouldnt surprise me
