I have tried Yahoo and other chat rooms, they are focused on Conversation . I would like to know the sources where people are interested in chatting in German and welcome aliens ..

Oh! I really messed up this time . What I meant by above (detail) comment is that , in Yahoo Chat room people dont have Proper and grammatically correct conversation .What they do speak is slangs and high german . I would like to mix up with people interested in Practising German with one or more moderator to monitor the chat so as to rectify the errors and bring new things into learning . Thanks !!
