What about local clothing stores near where you live?

Are any of those listing near you, or is everthing more expensive that what you are willing to pay?
I hate to say it, but you aren't giving yourself a very big budget there, you might not be able to get anything retail. What about second hand stores or thrift stores, do you have any there?
