What if you have confused thoughts?

2006-08-10 02:51:06 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 6 2

Yes I do. It would be nice indeed. But one problem remains that we would have to focus really hard to think of some sentences in order for the system to recognize them. Our minds tend to be very confusing, all the thoughts flying here and there.

We could use a somewhat similar system that is used in cellphones while typing a text message. A system that guesses the words as you write them.

No, because some people can't spell anyway, and if they're thinking the word with all the wrong letters, the keyboard will still put that word down.

Actually, I would be happy with a keyboard that knew how to spell correctly as I typed along. I'm not sure I would want any computer to be able to read my mind.;)

Definitely. Plus, it has to be almost instantaneous, so that when you're IMing, a long response doesn't take 400 years to type out! ;)
