well you need to know how to spell it first?...then have the money to buy a gas station....then be smart enough to know what you're doing

You'd need to be at least 18, because that's the age required to enter into legal contracts. There would be many contracts affecting your gas station, to include contracts with the supplier, equipment, the gas corporation that puts their name on your sign, and a host of others.

It doesn't matter really how old you are, as long as you are able to build it. If you're too young, you may not be able to get a loan from the bank in order to buy/develope it. If you're under 21, I don't think you're able to hold a liquor license, so you won't be able to sell beer/alcohol at your gas station.

FIRST OF ALL U NEED TO BE ABOVE 21. REASON
MORE FREEDOM, CAN ALSO SELL ALCOHOL IF U HAVE SMALL CONVIENT STORE AND 21 IS APPROPRIATE AGE LIMIT. I MYSLEF IS 23 AND HELPED SOME TO OPEN GAST STATION AT AGE OF 21.

I would imagine that you'd have to be the age of majority, as it's known, maybe eighteen?
