I wil spend two nights there at the end of August. I am looking in Internet, i d like a hotel near to the train station, in order to come easier and cheaper from the Airport. If it has private bathroom, better.

There is a Hilton hotel right at the airport that is very nice, I have stayed there on three different occasions.
But if you want to stay right down by the train station, you should look at tourist websites. http://www.copenhagen-hotels.ws shows most of the hotels and all price ranges. There are also several hostel type places to stay.
