About 2 year ago i trained day and night for a whole year. Doing body building, martial arts, parkour etc. Because I had a reason to do it. I wanted revenge very badly so every time i stopped training i thought about that day so i was inspired to keep training. I was unstoppable. But i sorted the revenge matters out and there was nothing left to do training for.A year passed and now everytime i try to train i just give up very easy. So what do i do?

Ask yourself first whats your innermost, deepest, real reason for wanting to be fit. To look good? To stay healthy? Then work on this thing you yearn for most.

People are driven by what they want most. The power of the mind is one of the strongest forces around. The phrase "You can move mountains if only you believed" is not just a phrase, I believe there's a great amount of truth in it. Miracles don't just happen. People make them happen because they believe.

For starters, what you can do is, find ways to inspire and motivate yourself. Tell yourself "I can" and "I will" each day. Try never to put off things. Procastination is the world's biggest disease. Never procrastinate.

try finding a purpose outside yourself that you believe in (this time a positive one compared to revenge) and that the training will allow you to do better... a marathon, a charity, big brother, coaching, policework, lifeguard, etc.

You must always be at the ready.

Think about your finely toned body and the mental discipline that goes with it.

Do it for yourself.
