Now we can't go to Lanzarote because of the airport scare and I've got a new digital camera that works under 200 metres of water. Why can't they fly now they've caught the terrorists?

All the questions on Yahoo Answers about why does the world hate us? Well people, this is why! This person is more concerned about their stupid camera than about the safety of hundreds.

The thing is they have caught SOME terrorists. They cannot guarantee that they have all the terrorists or that another cell won't make the attacks instead. At least you know you will have another chance to use your new camera!

How do you know this is the end of the current threat? What about the possibility that this event is purely a distraction? Its better to go without a holiday than to be dead. have you actually checked with your travel agent and airport/airline that the holiday/flight is actually cancelled...and there are lots of fab places in the Uk, and you could go diving there if you are so desperate to sue the camera, and can YOU actually dive to 200m?

I can understand how frustrating it must be for you, but surely you can understand BAA and the police needing to take these extra precautions, after all, they may not have caught all of the terrorists and surely safety comes first.

They haven't caught all of them. That's the point. They are appearently trying to use some form of plastic explosive or liquid explosive on planes and that is something that can easily be hidden.

Think about it stupid! What if some of the bombers slipped through the net? That'd be really good wouldn't it? Perhaps you like the idea of being blown to pieces on your way to Lanzagrotty!

I'm so sorry that saving lives and maintaining security gets in the way of your little holiday. try going to the airport and taking pictures of restricted areas. its sound like you NEED to get tackled today.

but listen i know you want to go on your hols but you have to be patient and let the police and airport officials do there work. you would like to get there safely wouldn't you?

In case they don't have them all I would think. Frustrating I agree, but rather that then dead.
