Lighter fluid.....Test a small spot first to see if its going to fade.. Im sure it wont but better safe than sorry.
The light fluid that goes in the Zippo lighters....Zippo brand is in a yellow container. very cheap, wal-mart or a tabacoo store.

put a dry cloth either side of the material. Press a warm iron on the cloth, the resin should melt in to the cloth. Wash as normal

I've never tried, but I reccomend OxyClean. For tough stains, I make a paste of the powder OxyClean and water, and let it sit overnight before washing. It may work, it may not. But it's worth a shot.
