Most people I know of who sell new brand named clothing on eBay, don't get them from another online site. They start by hunting them down locally at yard sales, outlet stores, clearance items from department stores, dollar stores, thrift stores, flea markets, and places like that.
You need to make sure you have the money to invest to buy, and possibly not sell the clothing. Not everything will sell right away or even at all on eBay. Try cleaning out your attic/basement/garage and selling that stuff first. Have a separate id for selling than your buying id. Don't limit yourself to clothing when looking for great deals to resell. If there's a sale at an accessory store, look to see what's there that's cheap. Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean nobody else will. My local Claire's has a bin out that they put near the counter with items that have been marked down as low as $1. Look for things like that.
If you are limited to online shopping, try eBay and the other auction sites like Yahoo, Overstock, Amazon, uBid.... Remember that you will be paying shipping and handling for online items, so you have to make that up in your eBay listing price, or else you are just loosing money. Now you have an item that costs what you payed for it, plus your S&H, a little more so you make money, and what they will pay for their S&H. It's starting to look like it's retail cost now. They won't buy it for that price.
Good Luck with your business.

Why go through the trouble of ebay if you live in a big city
just collect awesome clothing from bags sells at thrift stores
I used to own a shop with new and used items
and i would shop a whole year looking for awesome clothing.
When you get enough you can have a sale
I had made a lot of money over the week end doing such a thing
I made close to 1,000 off of clothing.
And if you live in big cities it is better
Have fun and invest your money well.
