all the reality shows,top two being intervention and dog the bounty hunter ,followed by the sureal life,flavor of love and celebrity fit club.i used to like american idol but this year it sucked,so you think you can dance is better. i guess iam a reality tv show fan,guilty pleasure,lol. i also like comic view on b.e.t.and mtv and vhl are my fave channels

Criminal Minds
CSI
I like any of these type of shows.
I still favor the sports programming most of the time, but nothing beats dramatic crime solving and comedy every other time.

Lost cause you have to use your brain to try and put the clues together! While Lost is reruns I'm also now enjoying Kyle XY and Big Brother All-Stars!

Okay I love any type of reality TV you could throw at a person. lol. Right now my favorite show is bb 7.

Without a Trace - I like crime dramas. I like that this one sometimes has a happy ending when they find someone. I like the tension between some of the characters. I also like CSI: Miami, Criminal Minds and Numbers.

Monk. It's always funny and kind of tricky as to how the murder is solved, although I still miss Sharona, but I'm warming up to Natalie.

I liked Alias when it was running Jennifer Gardner was kick A**!!! It's all about women having the power lol :-)!
