they are together but both in a different country and missing each other desperately. they really need support because their love is for real. I am always willing to send reiki to help other people as well.

For health problems you are most welcome to contact me at internationahealers.org. In this case, however, I believe they are going through a process of maturation which will serve them well later on. Being apart will make their reunion all the better when they re-join later.

That's not really something that needs urgent healing. I'll do free stuff for people in hospitals, not lonely people.
Why don't you set up healing grids for them?
