no joking, i really am curious. i am a bi female who is married to a great guy, but i am still curious about certain things...

Yes they do; the procedure is called an addadicktomy...

But seriously....they basically take the tissue of the vulva and vagina and turn it inside out to construct an artificial penis and testicles. Obviously, since there's no genetic material being produced, they can't have children; and I'm not 100%, but I think they have to install a sort of "pump" device to allow them to have an erection, just like they do with some men who erectile dysfunction....

He can do. There are prosthetics that can be incorporated and i believe that there are some that can be made to erect.
